Hi there! I’m Bridget McDonald, the proud owner of Queen Bee Events! With over 20 years of experience as an event and wedding coordinator, as well as catering and event manager, I’ve had the joy of planning events for up to 800 guests, along with delightful smaller gatherings! Before starting QBE, I spent over 15 amazing years as the catering director at Biscottis Catering, where I built wonderful relationships with local vendors and venues while honing my skills while coordinating events and weddings on the side.

I’m passionate in giving back to the Jacksonville community, I currently serve on the board of directors for the Sanctuary on 8th Street, helping to plan their exciting annual fundraising event, The Shindig. I'm also thrilled to be on the board of directors for the St. Johns Riverkeeper, where I’ve helped with their fabulous "Oyster Roast" and was honored to be named "Volunteer of the Year" in 2021!
